Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs
This officer is responsible for planning, programs and policy formulation related to student life and student services. Student Affairs programs and services are provided for students through the units of Residential Services, Health Services, Campus Life, Student Development Services, Career Services, and University Ministry. This officer also has the responsibility for campus security, crime prevention, and parking through the Campus Police.
Dr. Donald B. Mills is TCU's Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs. Mills, whose career has spanned 28 years at TCU, has served in a variety of positions including director of Housing and associate vice chancellor before being named to his present post in 1994. He earned his undergraduate education from Harvard University and has earned graduate degrees from TCU and the University of North Texas. Mills is active in several professional associations and is the author of several articles relating to student affairs administration. He currently serves on the board of directors of Leadership Fort Worth, Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention, Inc. and Trinity Valley School.
