Our program brings together economic theory and mathematical modeling to explain complex
systems and solve real-world problems. Through an integrated curriculum, you'll build
analytical and quantitative reasoning skills. These skills will help you tackle challenges
in business, public policy, finance, and other data-driven fields.

As a STEM-designated program, this major also offers important advantages for eligible
international students, including the potential for 2up to 24 months of Optional Practical
Training (OPT) extension beyond the standard 12-month OPT period. This allows graduates
to gain valuable professional experience in the United States while building successful
careers in a wide range of quantitative and analytical fields.
