COVID-19 Communications

Students will be allowed to select an unlimited number of Spring 2020 classes P/NC. With some exceptions mandated by accreditation boards and state licensing bodies (in Harris College and the College of Education, for example), the usual restriction on electing P/NC in the student's major, minor, and associated requirements will not apply.

Effective immediately, TCU Mailing Services will hold departmental mail at our Post Office for pickup unless other arrangements have been made for delivery and receipt. Lobby hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Thank you. I sincerely appreciate the tremendous effort that you are putting forth to continue instruction for our students during this unprecedented time. Your creativity in finding new ways to connect to students from a distance is inspiring. Most importantly, I am heartened to hear stories of compassion being exhibited as you consider situations and needs of individual students.

We will not require move out by April 5. You may leave your items in your residence until further notice from us. We are delaying the move out process until we know more about the national guidance and travel restrictions. Until that time, you may retrieve belongings by appointment.

Financial Services is implementing process changes for departmental deposits.
