Given the quickly changing landscape and potential implications related to upcoming spring break travel for faculty, staff and students, we are sharing with you the most up-to-date guidance on COVID-19. As a reminder, at this time there are no known cases of COVID-19 affecting the TCU community. Our Emergency Planning Group is meeting daily as well as communicating throughout the day to ensure we keep members of our community safe.

Tarrant County Public Health has provided a non-urgent Tarrant County Public Health Coronavirus Hotline (817-248-6299) for coronavirus-related questions as an extra resource for county residents.

I am writing to update you on new guidance that we have received from the Tarrant County Health Department, our local authority for response to the COVID-19 virus. The Tarrant County Health Department’s (TCHD) guidance is informed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). As you prepare for travel during Spring Break, stay abreast of travel risks by checking the CDC’s website.
