Conference and Events Policy Update 
All TCU meetings, conferences and on-campus events scheduled through April 3 have been canceled. All external on-campus meetings and events through May 10 have been canceled.  TCU is implementing social distancing and strongly discourages groups of 25 or more from gathering.

Due to the on-going developments related to COVID-19, the Big 12 Conference announced that all organized team activities whether organized or voluntary, including team and individual practices, meetings, and other organized gatherings, have been suspended until March 29 and will be re-evaluated at that time. In addition, all conference and non-conference competitions are canceled through the end of the academic year, including spring sports that compete beyond the academic year. Due to the decision by TCU, in response to COVID-19, to extend spring break by one week and then move to online coursework for the subsequent two weeks, the University Unions has elected to postpone the release of the 2020 – 2021 reservation calendar until further notice.

TCU has decided to cancel all large meetings, conferences, and on-campus events through April 3. As a result, all Extended Education offerings (Community Education, Silver Frogs and Professional Education) between March 12 and April 3 will be suspended on-campus and off-site (Fort Worth Botanic Garden, etc.). Online Extended Education classes will continue.

We are moving forward with our summer offerings including Summer Camps, Advanced Placement Summer Institute and Community Education offerings as planned. Watch for further updates. Please see all of our summer programs and register online at
