Dear Horned Frogs,
Thank you for another inspiring semester at Texas Christian University! As we finish strong and look ahead to the new year, we are confident that together we can continue to keep our community safe amid a lingering pandemic. We continue to monitor Tarrant County spread levels and follow health guidance, report cases on our dashboard, conduct contact tracing and offer free testing and vaccines on campus.
Get Vaccinated & Report to TCU: All students, faculty and staff are encouraged to get the COVID-19 vaccine if able and to confirm your vaccine with TCU. Vaccines are free, safe and effective in slowing the spread of COVID-19 and preventing serious illness or death. If you have questions about the safety or effectiveness of the vaccine, ask your health care provider or make an appointment at the Brown-Lupton Health Center.
Students – Remember when you register your vaccine, you’re automatically entered into Protect the Purple, Win Big prize drawings. December’s big prize is $1000 in campus cash.
Free Vaccines: The TCU Brown-Lupton Health Center continues to offer free vaccines to the community ages 12+ and will be open for walk-in vaccines through Tuesday, December 21. The health center will be closed for winter break and reopen on January 5. Our Protect the Purple website has links to find free vaccines near you.
Free Testing: The free COVID-19 Curative testing site remains available in Lot 6 and will stay open during winter break. If you test positive over the winter break, please continue to report your positive test to TCU.
