For the past 10 years, TCU has been recognized by the Great Colleges to Work For® program by ModernThink LLC. The program surveys hundreds of universities across the United States to measure the strength of specific organizational competencies, and gauge employee’s confidence in leadership, facilities, job satisfaction, career development and work/life balance.

On March 8, ModernThink will send a confidential survey link via email to a random sample of TCU employees, including faculty, administrators, exempt and non-exempt staff. If you receive the survey invitation, please respond. All responses are anonymous and untraceable to specific individuals.

“Faculty and staff participation and honest feedback are critical to the evaluation process,” said Chancellor Victor J. Boschini, Jr. “TCU strives for a culture of connection and excellence, and our people are the key factor in achieving this milestone year after year. Let’s continue the streak and demonstrate the culture, passion and commitment of our great university and Horned Frog family.”

ModernThink will factor the survey results into the overall scoring process to determine which institutions are recognized.

In partnership with The Chronicle of Higher Education, ModernThink co-founded The Great Colleges to Work For® program in 2008. In its partnership with The Chronicle, ModernThink served as the survey, research, and analysis engine for Great Colleges for eleven years before assuming full responsibility for the program in 2019. ModernThink has surveyed over 1,000 colleges and universities through the Great Colleges program, and has accumulated an unparalleled database of higher education benchmarking statistics and best practices.
