The COVID-19 pandemic has certainly impacted the physical health of many in the past year. However, the domino impact on our mental health is even harder to quantify. It has taken an unprecedented toll on many of us, and TCU wants to remind our faculty and staff of the resources available to you through the Employee Assistance Program.
For example, the program — offered through Magellan Healthcare — includes up to five free counseling sessions pertaining to stress, anxiety, grief, relationship issues and more and is available to employees and their family members. It includes a variety of other resources, tools and services. A free smoking cessation program is also available through BlueCrossBlueShield.
