TCU Marketing & Communication strikes again, winning in two categories for the 10th Annual Education Digital Marketing Awards.

The team won Gold for its QR code content entry, the mural of John Devereaux in New York City. The artwork, installed in October, launched a nationwide mural campaign to celebrate TCU’s 150th anniversary. The project is in partnership with TCU’s partner agency BVK.

TCUTodayThe unit won Silver in the digital publication category for TCU Today, the electronic newsletter distributed three times a week to TCU’s faculty and staff to share academic stories, colleague accomplishments and student success and to spread TCU’s unique connected campus experience.

“Winning in these two award categories is a perfect example of the depth of our division,” said Tracy Syler-Jones, vice chancellor for TCU’s Marketing & Communication. “Whether it’s the sound, trusted communications we deliver day in and day out or the amazing creative work we produce for a once-in-a-lifetime event like our 150th, we have an incredible team doing incredible work.”

The Education Digital Marketing Awards received entries from colleges, universities and secondary schools across the country. Judges consisted of a national panel of education marketers, advertising creative directors and marketing and advertising professionals.
