Our reserved room block is limited, and priority is given to registered conference attendees – securing your spot early guarantees both your attendance and your hotel stay at the best available rate.

Parking

Arrive stress-free with our convenient parking options.

Parking Lot 6: This centrally located parking lot provides the most convenient and close access to all of the conference sites, including the Dee J. Kelly Alumni & Visitors Center, Brown-Lupton University Union (BLUU), Schollmaier Arena and the Champions Club in Amon G. Carter Stadium. 

Parking Lot 5: This lot is another good option for parking and is approximately a three-to-five-minute walk to the conference sites. 

Frog Alley Garage: This four-level parking garage provides weather-protected covered parking and is just a three-to-five-minute walk to the conference sites.

TCU also will provide shuttle service between area hotels and campus throughout the duration of the conference.
