Tyner to Present at Symposium on Future of College Athletics

(September 10, 2025) Lee Tyner, General Counsel at Texas Christian University, is helping lead the conversation on the future of college athletics. As the editor of the upcoming special edition of the Journal of College and University Law, Tyner will be speaking at a symposium that will examine the seismic legal changes reshaping intercollegiate sports, including questions surrounding name, image, and likeness, student-athlete employment status, and the future structure of college athletics. Open to higher education leaders, faculty, students, and alumni, the symposium accompanies a special issue of the Journal of College and University Law dedicated to these timely challenges.
