Chancellor’s Staff Award for Outstanding Engagement

The Chancellor’s Staff Award was established in 2003. This award recognizes a TCU staff member who goes above and beyond to contribute to the success of TCU through exemplary service and community engagement. The recipient of the award, selected from a pool of nominees representing each division of the university, is awarded annually.

2025 Criteria:

  • Nominee must be a ¾ or fulltime employee, who has served as a member of the faculty or staff (exempt or non-exempt) for at least three years.
  • Nominee must be a staff employee in good standing at Texas Christian University.
  • Members of the President’s Cabinet, Provost’s Council, and Office of the Chancellor & President are ineligible.

Nominations for 2025-26 will open in spring 2026.
