Emmanuel Yeboah is a first year graduate student in Mathematics at TCU. He is originally from Ghana and began his undergraduate studies in Statistics at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) before transferring to Augustana College in Illinois, where he earned degrees in Mathematics and Accounting.

He previously worked in accounting, where he saw how mathematical thinking underpins real-world decision-making. That, among other experiences,  strengthened his interest in the subject and influenced his decision to pursue a Ph.D. in mathematics.

His academic interests lie in abstract algebra, and he is currently exploring potential research directions within the field as part of his graduate training. Outside of academics, he enjoys playing soccer and mountain climbing, which help him stay active and balanced.
