About Me
I joined TCU Human Resources in August 2025 and serve as a Senior Employee Success Consultant. In this role, I support managers and employees through coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making assistance to ensure positive outcomes with people related solutions.
Before joining the Human Resources team at TCU, I completed a distinguished 27-year career in the United States Army. Upon retiring from military service, I returned to my hometown of Fort Worth. I received my Master of Arts in Leadership Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2020.
Outside of work, I like to explore different cuisines through cooking and recipe testing, traveling to fun and new locations, and spending time playing games with my family.
