How I Can Help:

I manage the day-to-day operations of the HR office and provide executive-level support to the Associate Vice Chancellor & Chief Human Resources Officer. A big part of my role is staying up to date on the issues, projects and priorities that are important to HR so I can make sure the right information, reports, documents and summaries are available when they’re needed.

Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of TCU’s culture, people and how things get done. I enjoy being the person who can connect the dots, find answers and help solve problems—often behind the scenes.

I also take pride in providing responsive, dependable service to our employees and colleagues and in supporting the many day-to-day details that keep the HR office moving forward.

About Me

I’m a Human Resources professional with more than three decades of experience working with people, supporting employees and helping organizations navigate change. I joined TCU Human Resources in 2006 as a Human Resources Specialist and now manage HR operations while supporting the office of the Associate Vice Chancellor & Chief Human Resources Officer.

Before joining TCU, I spent 26 years with Macy’s, where I was an Area Sales Manager. I led a team of more than 20 employees and was responsible for the day-to-day operations, merchandising and visual presentation of the areas I managed. It was a fast-paced environment that taught me a lot about leadership, customer service, teamwork and, most importantly, how to get things done.

After nearly two decades at TCU, I’ve had the opportunity to learn, grow and experience just how interesting the world of higher education can be. No two days in HR are quite the same—and that’s one of the things I enjoy most about what I do.
When I’m not at TCU HR, you’ll likely find me cheering on the Horned Frogs, enjoying a fine arts or cultural event around Fort Worth, or planning my next trip. I’m an avid traveler and am always looking ahead to the next adventure, whether it’s around the corner or across the globe.

My husband, Mark ’93 (MLA ’16), and I are proud to call Fort Worth home.
