About me:

I joined the TCU Human Resources Team in March 2026 as the Senior Learning and Engagement Consultant.  In this role, I support TCU Leadership, all campus departments, project teams, and individual employees through learning strategies, leadership development, and engagement initiatives.

Before joining Human Resources, I came to TCU in 2022 as the Associate Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life in Student Affairs. Prior to TCU, my earlier career began at Midwestern State University that included a range of Student Affairs roles spanning student development/student organizations, new student orientation, leadership programs, and served as a Title IX and Civil Rights investigator. This comprehensive background has shaped my commitment to fostering growth, belonging, and leadership across the university.

I earned both my Bachelor’s in Music and my Master of Education in Leadership from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Outside of work, my life is filled with friends and family, cooking, grilling, BBQ smoking, gardening, and all sorts of outdoor activities.
