How I Can Help:
As Director of Benefits and Payroll, I am responsible for the strategic planning, administration, and delivery of TCU’s employee benefits and payroll programs. My role includes:
- Benefits – Leading the evaluation, negotiation, and administration of TCU’s employee benefits portfolio.
- Leave Management – Overseeing compliance and administration of leave programs, including FMLA, short- and long-term disability, and family and other paid/unpaid leaves.
- Retirement – Guiding the TCU Retirement Plan and supporting employees throughout the retirement process.
- Tuition Benefits – Managing tuition benefit programs that promote continued education for employees and their families.
- Payroll – Directing payroll operations for both biweekly and monthly employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

About Me
I joined TCU in 2015 as the Director of Benefits. I have been in benefits for 20+ years, serving many public sector institutions, including county, city, state and school districts, and working in various areas of Human Resources. I really enjoy the aspect of benefits that allows us to help employees. Whether assisting with finding a provider or figuring out their bill, it is very personal to help people through their high moments like childbirth and support them in challenging times. I received my BBA from Tarleton State University.
