About Me

 I joined TCU in 2022 as a human resources specialist after earning my bachelor’s degree in human resource management from the University of North Texas. I later earned a master’s degree in learning technologies, combining my passion for HR and instructional design.  While on the Talent Acquisition team, I partnered with hiring managers to fill vacant positions by finding highly-qualified candidates, conducting fair interview processes, and engaging with new hires from the application point to their first day. I recently transitioned to the Benefits team, where I now assist employees and retirees with their benefits and retirement planning. My goal is to provide employees excellent customer service and accurate information for them to make informed decisions regarding their benefits. When I am not on campus, you can find me taking my dogs to the park and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy baking, being in nature, and making memories with loved ones.
