Philip is the Technical Director and assistant professor of professional practice at Texas Christian University. He joined the Theatre TCU staff in 2006. Previously, he has served as Technical Director for Trinity Shakespeare Festival and is a current national member of USITT. Philip also regularly assists local theatres with technical theatre challenges. In 2017, Philip received the Outstanding Service Award for his work with Trinity Shakespeare Festival at the Live Theatre League awards ceremony. Philip is originally from Fort Worth and a TCU alumni of 2006. He lives in Aledo with his wife Jennifer and their two children, Marcus and Evelyn.
