About Me

I serve as Associate Vice Chancellor and Chief Human Resources Officer at Texas Christian University, where I provide strategic leadership for the university’s Human Resources team and initiatives that support the TCU community. My portfolio includes Benefits, Retirement Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Payroll, Employee Engagement and Success, and the Center for Connection Culture.

Since joining TCU in 2014, I have had the opportunity to serve in several leadership roles and contribute to initiatives that strengthen HR operations, enhance organizational effectiveness, and improve the employee experience. These experiences have reinforced my belief that effective HR is about more than processes and programs; it is about building strong teams, developing talent, cultivating meaningful relationships, and finding solutions that make a positive difference for employees and leaders.

I hold a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University and maintain SHRM-CP and PHR certifications.
