Program Affiliations

Dr. Rebecca Putman serves a faculty developer in the Koehler Center at TCU, where she partners with faculty to strengthen teaching excellence through research-informed, student-centered strategies. She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of North Texas and brings deep experience in curriculum design, educational technology, and faculty development. Her previous roles include Associate Professor of Literacy and Senior Teaching Faculty Fellow at Tarleton State University.

At TCU, Dr. Putman leads campus-wide initiatives on innovative teaching practices, including integrating AI into teaching and learning, advancing high-impact pedagogies across disciplines, and reimagining classroom practices. She is known for offering tailored support that enhances faculty effectiveness and promotes meaningful student learning.
