 About Me

I joined TCU in 2022 as a Compensation Assistant and I have since moved to the Compensation Analyst role. Prior to TCU, I was a HR Services Representative at an energy company in Louisiana called CLECO and before that I was a Social Services Analyst specializing in case management and financial assistance with the State of Louisiana. During my tenure at CLECO, I assisted all departments of HR with completing onboarding/offboarding activities and completing daily tasks required to keep the department ruining smoothly and efficiently. My time as a Social Services Analyst allowed me to help thousands of families who were in need of financial assistance, food, and help finding jobs. I am a graduate of Louisiana State University Shreveport, where I majored in Business Administration and HR Management. When I’m not keeping busy with work, you can find me watching variety of anime, or spending time with family and friends.
