About Me

I was given an opportunity in June 2025 to work for TCU in a temporary capacity as a HR Benefits Associate.  I worked closely with Human Resources team members to ensure a seamless experience for employees enrolling in health and retirement benefit plans. I joined TCU Human Resources in September 2025 as a Talent Acquisition Consultant.  In this role, I will support hiring managers in finding qualified and experienced talent to fill open roles.  I will provide consultation and guidance in the development of strategies, programs, and initiatives pertaining to full-cycle recruitment.

Prior to joining the Human Resources team at TCU, I worked in private and public sectors and the hospitality industry.  My background is truly diverse with over 20+ years of experience. I received my Bachelors in Criminal Justice and Masters in Criminal Justice, Leadership Management from Colorado Christian University.
