“The 2020 Recreation Movement challenge is a great way for both students and faculty/staff to engage in physical activity and move for our wellness. The challenge currently includes more than 70 schools and we want to see TCU ranked high as we show how important wellness is to our campus,” Jay Iorizzo, director of Campus Recreation & Wellness Promotion, said.

In addition to daily Tik Tok challenges, you’ll find free prerecorded workout, fitness and movement classes.
