As part of its proactive public health initiative, Texas Christian University has established a reporting hotline for students (living locally) and employees who test positive for COVID-19 to self-report for care and assistance.

Once the report has been received, the following will be initiated:
- TCU Care Coordinators will work with the student or employee to conduct contact tracing and offer assistance
- If the individual was on campus within two days of symptom onset or receiving a positive test result, TCU Facilities will be alerted to begin cleaning protocols
- Student Affairs staff (for students) or Human Resources (for employees) will be alerted to provide additional support and information
Supervisors also may use this number to report an employee who has a confirmed positive test. Supervisors are asked to report positive tests on behalf of employees only if the employee is not able to self-report or requests their supervisor report for them.
