Entrepreneurship, business and health care among top-performing programs
U.S. News & World Report ranked Texas Christian University as a Top 100 National University and placed TCU at the top in six other categories, including business and health care.
TCU saw notable gains in entrepreneurship, undergraduate business and nursing — areas that align with workforce demand and institutional investment.
“TCU’s ranking in U.S. News’ Top 100 once again recognizes the tremendous effort of our faculty and staff to
create a world-class academic experience for our students,” Chancellor Daniel W. Pullin
said. “We are focused on enhancing our research, shaping our academic programs to
meet employer demands, and creating a student experience that’s second to none.”
The rankings underscore TCU’s distinct approach to education: rigorous academics powered
by faculty mentorship, interdisciplinary learning and student support. That method
is reflected in multiple TCU programs earning top 100 rankings:
- Entrepreneurship – No. 23
- Undergraduate Teaching – No. 39
- Best Colleges for Veterans – No. 62
- Best Value Schools – No. 72
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing – No. 74
- Undergraduate Business – No. 77
Together, these rankings reflect the university’s growing momentum and its commitment to preparing graduates for leadership in an evolving global landscape.
“While national lists are a proud point of recognition, they’re just one aspect of what makes TCU distinct,” said Floyd Wormley, provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs. “From classroom to career, Horned Frogs are thriving through the support of strong academics, a vibrant campus culture and a commitment to excellence that shows up not only in rankings but also in real-world outcomes.”
These latest rankings build on a spate of national recognition for TCU, which was recently named, among other accolades, No. 1 for “happiest students” and No. 3 for “best-run colleges” in the country by The Princeton Review.
