Zoe Saldana is a local 14-year-old girl who has dreamed of being a Horned Frog. Her Stage IV cancer will likely prevent that reality. But TCU set out to give her a day to remember, and WFAA was there to capture the moments.

“We wanted to give her the most special day on campus,” said Mandy Castro, dean of TCU Admission.

The day included an early honorary admission letter, a visit to the AddRan College of Liberal Arts to check out her interest in Criminology & Criminal Justice, and then a special sorority bid day just for her.
