COVID-19 Communications

In response to the University's decision to extend spring break and move to online coursework through April 3rd, 2020, the University Unions has made some adjustments to our operations and access.

Accounts Payable is requesting that departments submit invoices, reimbursements, vendor setup forms and other AP related requests electronically.

Under normal circumstances, we would all be getting ready for our first day back to class after Spring Break. This time of year normally signals great promise with the advent of spring on our beautiful campus, However, this is clearly not a routine year; it’s an uncertain, and even scary, time for many of us.

With Tarrant County’s declaration of a local state of disaster, citing a public health emergency about COVID-19 (coronavirus), you must have many questions about TCU’s continuity of operations. As of this writing, TCU is open for regular working hours this week, Monday – Friday, March 16 – 20, 2020. The situation is likely to change, and do so quickly. We will continue to work diligently to keep you informed as the situation unfolds.

In response to TCU's announcement of moving classes online, the Koehler Center has developed a reference website called Ramping up Rapidly to help facilitate ongoing instructional continuity to adapt your instructional delivery and make pedagogical changes.
