Dear Horned Frogs,
Thank you for Protecting the Purple. Wearing a mask indoors, staying home when sick, testing, getting vaccinated – all these actions are helping to keep our Texas Christian University community safe and case counts low on campus.
As a reminder, if you are traveling on Fall Break, and in preparation for Thanksgiving and Winter Break, the best way to keep yourself, family and friends well is by getting the COVID-19 vaccine if you are able. The TCU Brown-Lupton Health Center continues to accept walk-ups for the COVID vaccine Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. This Q&A with Dr. Jane Torgerson, director of the health center, addresses many of the myths about the vaccine.
Enjoy a restful Fall Break, and look forward to a safe second half of the semester when you return – with Homecoming Week, the return of the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration and more to look forward to.
Go Frogs, and Lead On!
