Anna Grace Dill is the Engineering Research Lead for the Roach Institute of Athlete Engineering at Texas Christian University. With a background in industrial and systems engineering, her work focuses on human performance, wearable technology, markerless motion capture, ergonomics, and data-driven solutions for industrial, tactical, clinical, and other high-demand populations. Within the Roach Institute, Dill leads interdisciplinary applied research initiatives, supports the development and implementation of emerging technologies, leads student research projects and develops opportunities for student engagement in applied research, and builds partnerships across academic disciplines and with external organizations. Before joining TCU, she served as a Research Engineer at Mississippi State University, where her work spanned athlete engineering, advanced manufacturing, workforce development, occupational ergonomics, wearable sensor development and validation, heat stress mitigation, and human performance research in real-world environments. She earned her B.S. in Industrial Engineering and M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Mississippi State University.
