Texas Christian University will host its fall commencement at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14 and will present degrees to approximately 840 candidates at Ed and Rae Schollmaier Arena.

Of the candidates, almost 300 are graduate level. The undergraduate candidates include five double degrees, seven 4.0s and more than 250 Latin honors. Graduates include more than 40 international students from approximately 25 different countries; well over 200 students from 35 different states, and about 575 students from Texas.

Chancellor Daniel W. Pullin will confer the degrees and offer remarks.

The single fall ceremony will include all colleges: the Anne Burnett Marion School of Medicine at TCU, AddRan College of Liberal Arts, the College of Education, the College of Fine Arts, Harris College of Nursing & Health Sciences, Louise Dilworth Davis College of Science & Engineering, Bob Schieffer College of Communication and the Neeley School of Business, as well as Brite Divinity School. Harris College has the most graduates this semester, with well over 200.

As TCU embarks on strategic growth and spring commencements are typically larger, the university prepares for an expanded May 2026 experience that will keep up with that pace. The enhanced weekend will feature a large celebration for all graduates on the stadium field, where their first year began with a class photo. Then, a smaller convocation at each college level will provide a more intimate ceremony of camaraderie.

This December, for graduates and their families, a reception will be held after the ceremony on the arena lawn. TCU enforces a clear bag policy for all campus events. To livestream or for more information, visit commencement.tcu.edu.
