Faculty Development Activities

Currently, we support full-time faculty to attend the Faculty Development Institute offered each year by our partner in IPE- the UNT Health Science Center. If you are interested, email Assistant Dean Lynn Jackson to discuss resources available for the training.

UNTHSC’s Center for Innovative Learning and Department of Interprofessional Education and Practice provide faculty development in interprofessional education. The program awards two levels of certificate:

  1. Certificate of Recognition which is awarded to faculty who complete all online and in-person components of the course; and,
  2. Certificate of Distinction which is awarded to faculty who design, facilitate, and present on or publish the outcomes of their interprofessional work at a national level.
