Elliott Hill ’86
President & CEO | NIKE, Inc.
Elliott Hill heads NIKE, Inc., the world’s leading designer, innovator and distributor of athletic footwear, apparel, equipment and accessories for a wide variety of sports and fitness activities. As president and CEO, Hill shapes the strategy and inspires the teams that have helped transform the company into a Fortune 100 powerhouse.
His path to the corner office began at TCU, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology in 1986 before getting his start as an assistant trainer with the Dallas Cowboys. Two years later, with a master’s degree in sports administration, Hill joined NIKE, launching what would become a remarkable career shaping one of the most iconic global brands.
Hill climbed the company’s ranks, leading teams across Europe and North America and driving strategy and growth for Nike and Jordan Brand. In 2024, he was named president and CEO of NIKE, Inc., a testament to his unmatched vision and leadership — the same expertise he brings to TCU’s Board of Trustees, where he helps guide the university’s future.
Elliott in His Own Words
“I was raised…to be incredibly considerate of those around of us, to put others first, and I think that’s helped shape who I’ve become as a leader.”
—Elliott Hill
